Welcome Vendors
Please be sure to download 2019 application forms ( coming soon) fill them out and email them to kaslomaydays@gmail.com
Payment can be made by 1)cheques. 2)etransfers or 3)money orders must be received by April 1st to confirm your booth.
Booths cannot be confirmed without pre-payment and approval.
Site preferences can NOT be guaranteed without payment! Returning vendors wishing the same spot again please do not wait till the last minute. Booths will be allocated by April 15th. If you are after that date for applying you will most likely NOT get your 1st request, or the same site as last year, but we always do our best to accomodate our vendors!
We want you all to be happy, so please, register early.
NEW VENDORS PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE A NEW VENDOR – PHOTOS OF YOUR PRODUCTS, BOOTH, AND FULL LIST OF ITEMS YOU PLAN ON SELLING, MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR APPLICATION OR IT WILL BE RETURNED.

Application forms may be mailed as well, but please ensure that you provide email notification that your application form has been submitted. No booths will be assigned until both payment and applications have been received by the May Days co-ordinator.
All cheques must be made out to: Kaslo and District Chamber of Commerce. Post dated cheques will NOT be accepted
